This package is for athletes of all levels and ages from beginners to elite who desire a high level of communication with a focus on the total athlete including customized training plans, goal setting, running technique, proper rest, race recovery, and more.

Coach Sue will provide athletes with a customized strength training plan that will be uploaded to their personal TrainHeroic strength training app. They can access workouts on-the-go via their phone or at home on their PC. If you are local to Santa Barbara, CA private training is available for an additional fee. Training is structured based on current fitness level and/or any upcoming goals or competitions.
