Running Package
Description
This package is for athletes of all levels and ages from beginners to elite who desire a high level of communication with a focus on the total athlete including customized training plans, goal setting, running technique, proper rest, race recovery, and more.
Coach Sue will design a customized running training plan which will be loaded into the athlete’s VDOT app and syncs with the athletes GPS device. The VDOT app allows the athlete to access workouts via their phone or PC. Training is structured based on current fitness level and/or any upcoming goals or races.
