Description
This package is for athletes of all levels and ages from beginners to elite who desire a high level of communication with a focus on the total athlete including customized training plans, goal setting, running technique, proper rest, race recovery, and more. This plan focuses on the total athlete including both a running AND strength training plan.
Coach Sue will design a customized running training plan that will be loaded in the athlete’s VDOT app which syncs with their GPS device. For the strength training portion, Coach Sue will load the workouts into the athlete’s TrainHeroic app. Both apps allow the athlete to access workouts on-the-go via their phone or at home using their PC. Training is structured based on current fitness level and/or any upcoming goals or races.
